In The Mist
Draped in morning mist, the white sailboat lingers — neither of sea nor sky, but somewhere between memory and breath. The horizon has dissolved, leaving only the soft hush of water against the hull and the faint echo of a world still waking. A gull’s cry cuts through the haze, then fades, swallowed by distance.

No wind, no current — only stillness, as if time itself has paused to listen. The sailboat waits, suspended in that fragile space where what was and what might be drift together, unseen. And in that quiet, the mist breathes — tender, endless, and unsure whether to reveal or to hide.
